Super Interactica Inc. built the Manga AI app, which is free to download and use. The current version does not include any paid features or in-app purchases. This service is provided by Super Interactica Inc. at no cost and is intended for use as is.

The Manga AI application processes user images strictly for stylized creation purposes. The app does not employ facial recognition technology for user identification or verification.
Use of Face Data (Image Content): Face data (i.e., the uploaded images containing faces) is used exclusively to:
The technologies implemented in Manga AI do not allow unique identification or authentication of a user.
No Biometric Data: Manga AI does not collect biometric identifiers or biometric information, and does not perform any facial recognition or biometric analysis from uploaded photos. Data usage is solely for visual stylization.
Uploaded photos are not stored indefinitely. Data retention is controlled by the user for functionality.
Temporary Storage: Original photos and generated comic pages are stored temporarily on secure servers to allow users to review and ensure continuity between comic segments.
User Control and Deletion: Images remain available in the app until a user requests deletion. If a user deletes a photo or created comic through the app interface, all associated data will be permanently deleted from Manga AI servers and third-party caches within 30 days.
No Reuse: Uploaded face data is never reused for training, analysis, or sharing without explicit user action.
When users use the artificial intelligence (AI)–related features of this application, the content actively provided by users may be securely transmitted to third-party AI service providers for the purpose of content generation or processing.
We do not share any personal data without the user’s explicit consent. All data is used solely to provide the requested AI features and is not used for marketing, advertising, data analytics, or training general-purpose AI models.
Users may choose to stop using AI features at any time. When AI features are not used, this application does not transmit user data to third-party AI service providers.

Ownership & Usage Rights: PRO subscribers own the comics they generate during their subscription period and receive royalty-free usage rights globally for both personal and commercial purposes.
Free Users: Free users' generated comics are owned by Manga AI, but free users are granted a license for personal, non-commercial use only (with required attribution to Manga AI).
User Responsibility: The responsibility to ensure that any images or text uploaded by the user do not infringe on third-party copyrights lies entirely with the user. Manga AI makes no claims on the intellectual property of the original input material.
Legal Compliance: Copyright protection for AI-generated content is complex and evolving. Users are encouraged to consult a qualified attorney to understand the degree of copyright protection available for their generated content.
